It’s getting inside yourself and seeing why these personalities trigger you so badly. When they are not forcing you into a state of constant hyper vigilance. Sure, nobody truly likes working for them.īut it’s much easier to be a silent bystander when you have the inner strength and resiliency to work seamlessly around them. In other words, they trigger you in a way that emotionally healthy people can work around more easily. You see, when you have had a traumatic upbringing or a past adverse experience of any kind, this automatically makes you more susceptible to narcissists, psychopaths and sociopaths. ![]() ![]() Well, that’s because my tyrant boss could be tolorated by those without my past trauma. Why was it that some of my work environments in the Navy were so amazing, and some were so toxic?Īnd why even in the toxic ones I was often the scapegoat, the one bullied, or the one triggered?
